1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bossphl ("bossphl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bossphl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website located at bossphl.club (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by bossphl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important: These Terms are effective as of May 16, 2026. bossphl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on bossphl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bossphl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bossphl complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bossphl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bossphl or by any regulatory authority, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
bossphl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bossphl may result in account suspension or closure.
Age Restriction: bossphl is strictly a 21+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of bossphl services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) bossphl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bossphl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bossphl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- KYC Verification: bossphl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted.
- Account Suspension: bossphl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
4 Deposits & Payments
bossphl accepts deposits
via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.
- Processing Time: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bossphl account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
- Accepted Currency: All transactions on bossphl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
- Prohibited Funding Sources: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. bossphl does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
- Deposit Limits: bossphl may impose deposit limits at the account level for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their account settings.
Note: All deposit transactions are subject to bossphl's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. bossphl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account.
5 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance, net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:
- Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. bossphl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing Timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bossphl reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods where necessary.
- Pending Bonus Conditions: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.
- Right to Withhold: bossphl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
bossphl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bossphl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
- Abuse: bossphl reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
- Modification: bossphl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the bossphl platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in real time. bossphl is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.
- Game Rules: Each game on bossphl is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
- Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, bossphl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bossphl's decision in such matters is final.
- Disconnection: bossphl is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical failure on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules upon reconnection.
- Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP over any given session.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bossphl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
- Registering or operating more than one account on bossphl.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug or error is required to report it to bossphl support immediately and must not exploit it.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bossphl staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
Zero Tolerance: bossphl operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and cheating. Accounts found in violation will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. bossphl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of illegal activity.
9 Responsible Gaming
bossphl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all bossphl players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the bossphl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of bossphl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bossphl.
- The bossphl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bossphl. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossphl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
- Loss of data or account information.
- Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bossphl's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
bossphl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bossphl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bossphl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
bossphl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bossphl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bossphl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bossphl cannot guarantee absolute security.
13 Amendments to These Terms
bossphl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bossphl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bossphl support.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bossphl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
bossphl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by bossphl may escalate their concern to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
